Using this site

You may read this site and contact us through it. Please do not attempt to disrupt it, gain access to parts of it that are not public, scrape it at a volume that affects other people, or use the enquiry form to send spam or anything unlawful.

Our content

The design, text, code, logos and images on this site belong to us or our licensors, except where we have credited someone else. You may not copy or reuse substantial parts of it without permission. The trade marks and product names of our clients belong to them.

Work shown in the portfolio is described with the client’s knowledge. Some systems we have built are internal and are shown without a link.

Prices shown on this site

We publish fixed prices because we would rather be straightforward about cost than make you sit through a call to hear a number. To be clear about what they mean:

• They are starting prices for the scope described, in US dollars, and exclude any taxes that may apply.
• A project with a different scope will be quoted differently.
• Nothing on this site is a binding offer. A price becomes binding only in a written proposal signed by both of us.
• We may change published prices at any time. A change does not affect a quote we have already given you in writing, within its validity period.

Enquiries

Sending an enquiry does not create a contract or oblige either of us to anything. We aim to reply within two working days, but we cannot guarantee a response or that we will be able to take on your project.
