Buyers walk six floors of a wholesale market and photograph four hundred things. Back at the hotel, nobody can remember which shop had which item, what was quoted, or whose business card is whose. A lot of what a phone expects to reach is blocked or unreliable in those buildings, so Sourca does not depend on it: everything is captured on the phone and syncs later.

Shaping who Sourca is for and what the first version must do, then the brand, interface and flows, fast enough to use standing up. An offline-first engine underneath, so everything works without signal and syncs cleanly afterwards, on iPhone, Android and web, released together.
